Over two decades of legal experience
Gurjit S. Pandher earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science at the University of Washington and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law. During this time, he worked for State Senator Kathleen Drew at the Washington State Capitol and held many coveted positions, including being selected for the law school Moot Court Board. Mr. Pandher is an active member of the Trusts & Estates Section of the California Lawyers Association and Wealth Counsel. He has been admitted to the state bar in several states including the State Bar of California and the Washington State Bar Association.

With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Pandher has garnered a skillset which makes him a highly coveted estate planning attorney. Prior to starting his own firm, he was a litigation attorney for well-established corporate law firms including Buchalter and Yarmuth where he managed complex, multi-state cases for large clients like DirectTV. Based on his vast legal acumen, Mr. Pandher was hand selected by multiple presiding judges for the role of Judge Pro Tempore. As a Judge in the county district court, he continually demonstrated his deep understanding of the law which was honed in his previous roles as Chief City Prosecutor and as a defense attorney. These real-world experiences are paramount to being an effective lawyer. Mr. Pandher’s experience with the US court system makes him well versed on how to advise his clients and avoid difficult court procedures such as probate.
Actively giving back to others
He has served as President of Snohomish County Bar Association, Board of Trustees where he managed a non-profit organization with over 700 professional members to determine how to bring effective legal services to all. He also loves to participate in fundraising events like Fred Hutchison Cancer Research Center Climb for a Cure where he climbed Mount Rainer to help raise awareness and funding for breast cancer research. He coaches his children’s sports team and it an active member of the community. He resides in the Bay Area with his wife, two children, and black lab.
